Kieran Cooper

Kieran Cooper is an email infrastructure and deliverability expert with extensive experience supporting some of the world's largest enterprise senders and email service providers. As Senior Technical Account Manager at Halon, he works closely with customers including Microsoft, LinkedIn, SAP/Emarsys, and Netcore.

Before joining Halon in 2025, Kieran spent more than twenty years working with enterprise email platforms. He began his career at Lyris Technologies, supporting both on-premises and hosted email solutions, before joining Message Systems, where he worked extensively with Momentum and later became a Technical Account Manager for SparkPost. Throughout his career, he has partnered with organizations including Booking.com, Revolut, Capital One UK, Sky, Peacock, Intercom, and Ometria.

Kieran is a frequent conference speaker and regularly delivers training sessions and webinars on email deliverability. He holds the Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) and Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) certifications, and is Vice Chair of the Messaging, Malware and Mobile Anti-Abuse Working Group Platform and Infrastructure priority committee.
