Scott Habicht

Scott Habicht is an email infrastructure and deliverability expert with more than 25 years of experience in enterprise software and messaging technologies. During his 17 years at Port25 Solutions and SparkPost, Scott worked extensively with PowerMTA and Momentum, helping some of the world's largest senders, service providers, and enterprises design, operate, and troubleshoot high-volume email systems.

Throughout his career, Scott has advised organizations on email deliverability, infrastructure architecture, message routing, performance optimization, and operational best practices. His work has supported businesses responsible for sending billions of messages annually across marketing, transactional, and service-provider environments.

Today, Scott serves as Vice President of Customer Operations at Halon, where he helps organizations modernize their email infrastructure through cloud-native architecture, policy-driven automation, and advanced deliverability solutions. He is widely recognized for his deep technical knowledge, practical approach to solving complex email challenges, and long-standing contributions to the email community.
