There is a lot of talk about the effectiveness of spam filters in terms of what percent of spam doesn’t hit an inbox. However on the flip side, there’s a problem with legitimate emails being lost; we often refer to this as the false positive rate. Emails are lost as the result of poor spam filters and the fallout can range from annoying to critical.  In this interview, Anders speaks about how we can overcome false positives and make email good again.
