What's new in Delivery Insights?
1. A dedicated home for Delivery Insights
Delivery Insights now has its own section in the UI. Previously buried within the queue section, it's now front and center, making it easier to access, filter, and act on delivery issues without jumping around.
2. Cohort based debugging made visual
Our biggest evolution is the ability to view messages through the lens of policy cohorts. Whether it's transport ID, job ID, local IP + grouping, or tenant ID, you can now:

Instantly visualize queue distribution by cohort

Identify and fix bottlenecks in seconds

Understand the breakdown of stuck vs. flowing traffic
3. Policy visibility: No more guesswork
One of the biggest pain points was understanding which policy was being applied when multiple overlaps existed. The new interface:
- Shows only the fields that match configured policies
- Visualizes active and default policies clearly
- Supports wildcard defaults and overlapping scopes with clarity
And with the new Raw view, you can grab the exact field names used in configurations for easy copy/paste into new rules.
4. Backoff visibility and real time overrides
You can now:

Instantly identify which queues are in backoff

Differentiate between active and deferred messages

Use a toggle to view top queues with or only in backoff

Remove backoff policy temporarily to free up delivery, right from the web-based UI
5. Top queues, now with actionable insights
The redesigned Top Queues view lets you:
- Slice data by job ID, transport ID, local IP, etc.
- See historical trends over the past 24h, 7 days or even more
- Quickly drill into a specific queue and trigger delivery insights
6. Saved views = Saved time
Power users can now save default views (e.g., always show local IP + grouping, backoff only), allowing teams to start their day with the right filters already in place. Set default page views to show you the exact data you need to see every time, no need to play with filters and columns each time you navigate to a page.
